What we Offer!
Midys Cleaning is a privately owned business offering a wide range of services! We clean residential and commercial properties. Also specializing in deep cleans or move out projects and newly built construction homes! We use all natural and plant based products!
Service Pricing

For a first time client we begin with a “first time clean” at a flat rate of $360 (this is a 6 hour minimum in depth cleaning)
Any reoccurring cleaning can be weekly, biweekly or monthly. That will be at a rate of $55-60 an hour

Deep cleans and move outs will be a more extensive in depth cleaning. The starting rate is $500.
Some homes may increase in price depending on condition of the project.

We clean construction homes at a rate of $0.50 a sq ft. This is a more extreme project that will usually take 1-2 days to complete, but it will leave your new home looking better than ever!
